FAST BOOK SWAP™  $500 Sweepstakes Official Rules

The scholarship will be awarded once you have demonstrated proof of your enrollment at an eligible school within 30 days of notification of winning. An eligible school is a college or university, vocational school, trade school, professional school, or any other school deemed acceptable by the Fast Book Swap™ Management Team. Once we verify enrollment, we'll forward the scholarship to you in the form of a $500 check.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. SWEEPSTAKES IS OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES ONLY. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. The Fast Book Swap™ sweepstakes began with the Fast Book Swap™ Website's live date of April 7, 2008, and will continue indefinitely or until Sponsor, in its sole discretion, chooses to suspend or cancel the same. Sweepstakes is sponsored by Holoality Software, PO Box 2272, Frisco, Texas, 75034.

Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open to all persons (including graduate students) who have successfully completed the Fast Book Swap™ on-line registration form or have mailed an entry to the address noted below, and will be awarded based on the criteria outlined in the Fast Book Swap™ Sweepstakes Official Rules. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

How to Enter: You may enter the Sweepstakes in one of two ways:
Online: You must successfully complete the registration form.
By mail: Using a postcard, type or legibly hand print the words Fast Book Swap™ Sweepstakes along with your Fast Book Swap™ User Name, name, address, e-mail address (if you do not have an e-mail address, print "no e-mail address"), grade level, and telephone number. Only one entry card will be accepted per person.

Bonus Entries: You may obtain bonus entries after you are registered.
You can receive bonus entries by:

• Posting a book to My Books
• Posting a book to My Wanted Books
• Searching Posted Books
• Searching Posted Wanted Books
• Viewing a Posted Books details
• Viewing a Wanted Books details
• Each Invite sent directly from Fast Book Swap™ Website to a valid email address (excludes Facebook invites).

You will receive one bonus entry the first time you complete any action listed above except for invite. The invite action can receive more then one bonus entry.

You may register only once, regardless of entry method. You must enter no later than one day before the drawing to be eligible to win. Limit ten total entries including bonus entries per household regardless of method of entry.

Selection of Winners and Notification: Winners will be determined by random drawing from all eligible entries received, held once a semester, Fall and Spring. If a registrant is selected as a winner, that registrant will not be eligible to win any other Fast Book Swap™ scholarship awarded under these sweepstakes.

Sweepstakes winners will be notified by phone or e-mail, followed by mail if necessary. An e-mail will be sent to the winner within four weeks after the semester drawing. All decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. Should the e-mail be returned to the Sponsor as invalid, two more attempts will be made via e-mail and one by regular mail. Winners must contact the Sponsor within 30 calendar days from the date the notification is sent by Sponsor to claim their Fast Book Swap™ scholarship. Failure to contact Sponsor within that 30 days period will result in immediate disqualification of the selected entrant and a new winner will be selected. No exceptions will be made to this rule. Sponsor may be reached by e-mail. Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify winners.

For tax purposes, scholarship winners must provide their Social Security Number in order for the $500 check to be disbursed.

By accepting the Fast Book Swap™ scholarship, winners agree to the use of their names, voices, and/or likeness for the purpose of advertising, trade, or promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an on-line entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account registered with Fast Book Swap™.

General terms and conditions: By entering, each participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final. Sponsor, agents and representatives of Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for; (l) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, eligible, unintelligible, or postage due entries; (ll) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (lll) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; (lV) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (V) any injuries losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the Fast Book Swap™ Scholarship, or acceptance, possession, or use of the Fast Book Swap™ Scholarship, or from participation in the Sweepstakes; or (Vl) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes.

By participating in the Sweepstakes, each participant agrees to release and hold Sponsor and the employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives of Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of the Fast Book Swap™ Scholarship, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
